At the point of booking a non-refundable fee of £50 is required, this is to ensure all patients attend their scheduled appointments.

This fee is strictly non refundable and covers the cost of the medical consultation and is only redeemable against any treatments if you booked a treatment slot instead of a consultation.

Appointments may be rescheduled however, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice to do this.

Where this notice period has not been provided, deposit will be lost as it would be deemed as a late cancellation.
